Becoming a Leader Now! : Developing Leadership Habits in everyday Life

Help participants embark on a path of leadership through a training program that includes of self assessment, study of other leaders and the development of individual vision and goals. |
Leadership and Global awareness

Exposure of participants to global issues such as human rights, climate change, global recession, Africa’s development challenge, poverty etc. The goal is not to help participants become academic experts in climate change or education rather we want participants to understand global issues in broad terms and be able to draw creative connections between different issues. |
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
The personal development module is supported by a range of practical activities and workshops run by an experienced team. This module will cover these core personal development areas:

Each participant is expected to come up with an individual personal development plan; a simple, practical way of defining realistic goals based on their personal aspirations and future career interests.

PARTICIPANTS’ PROFILE
The Young Executive Program is designed for
• Fresh Graduates and young professionals keen to gain the skills and Knowledge to rise above the pack and enhance their edge in the workplace.
LEARNING METHODS AND SCHEDULE
The program employs an integrative learning model that involves a combination of inspiring lectures, case studies, class discussions, multimedia presentations, role play, self assessment exercises and personalised assignments. The emphasis of the Program is on participative learning.
The daily schedule runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with two coffee breaks, lunch break and group activities. As the workload of the Program is heavy, participants should plan to devote their full attention to it
WORLD CLASS FACULTY
The Resource persons and trainers bring years of practical workplace experience drawn from their involvement in building and managing smart successful business to the learning process. They are intellectual sound, highly inspiring and ready to share all their practical and theoretical insight with participants in a challenging and enjoyable ways
EVALUATION
At the end of the Program, participants are evaluated on the basis of their individual performance and their overall contributions. Participants who successfully complete the course are awarded a Certificate of Completion which may constitute a valuable reference for further study and/or employment.
