FUNMI DUROSINMI-ETTI (Chief Executive Officer)
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the organization, Mrs. Funmi Durosinmi-Etti is a consultant and life coach with about 30 years experience; Over 15 of which was spent as a social worker and educationist in England and in Nigeria for the last 3 years. She has a B.Sc degree in Marketing Management from the University of Bournemouth, England, a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Derby in England and other professional certifications in life coaching. Her passion is the empowerment of a new generation of entrepreneurs, professionals and public service with a commitment to reshaping the future of Nigeria positively.
AYO OBILANA (Chairman)
A veteran, Mr. Ayo Obilana, the chairman of the organization is a Graduate from the University of Lagos with about 15 years under his belt in Management; a name to be reckoned with within and outside the country. As a former General Manager of the federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Ayo is a well sought after conference speaker and trainer within and outside the shores of Nigeria on Security issues. As an Author, his books span and depict his wealth of experience in Security and Aviation related Issues. He is a Manager per excellence and his influence and advices are always impactful.
TOYIN OYEWO (Director)
Toyin Oyewo is a graduate of Economics from the University of Lagos and also a fellow of Chattered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA). She worked as a management Accountant with British Olivetti ltd and as a project Analyst with Marathon Oil (UK) a subsidiary of US Steel, the largest steel company in the U.S.A. She returned home in 1991 and has since built a successful career in banking playing senior roles in marketing, customer relationship management and credit risk management. Before retirement, she was a Deputy General Manager in United Bank For Africa Plc .Her current passion is to see start-up businesses grow; a quality that has brought her on the Advisory board of a number of Companies
FOLUKE AYUBA (Director)
Ms. Foluke Ayuba is an expert in the field of Marketing Communications in which she has worked in various capacities in the last 27 years. With a B.Sc in Speech and Communications from Carson Newman College, and a Masters degree in Communications from West Virginia University (Both in the United States) her work experience in Public relations flourished as an intern with Magnavox Company so much so she co-authored a workbook titled “Human Communications & Change” in 1982.
She relocated to Nigeria and served with Insight Communications ltd; was retained and worked for 12 years to become associate director and member of the management committee. She moved back to the U.S where she obtained an MBA degree. She worked with Brand Xp Marketing services on her return to Nigeria and she is currently the MD of FCB Impact Limited; a marketing Communications Agency. She is a member of AAAN, APCON, and International Special Events society.
GBENGA OWOLABI (Director)
Mr. Gbenga Owolabi is a seasoned Business Strategy & Organization Design expert with over 18 years’ working experience in consulting and General Management. With previous work experience with companies like Oando Plc, Honeywell group, and Accenture where he worked as Head strategy & Planning, Head of Corporate Services and an Executive in the Strategy and Business Architecture Service line respectively.
Gbenga is currently the Client and Partner Development Director at Pendaxia, a Management Consulting company he co-founded that specializes in Organization and Human Performance. He is responsible for identifying business opportunities and directing the sales and contracting process to convert opportunities to client engagements.
Gbenga has participated in and led several engagements for leading companies, across various industries in Nigeria. Amongst these companies are a producer of Liquefied Natural Gas; the largest Conglomerate and Electricity Power Supply Company in Nigeria; a consortium of 6 Upstream E&P companies and a leading Manufacturing company producing carbonated soft drink.
