• NIGER-DELTA AMNESTY PROGRAM (ENTERPRENURSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIAL REINTEGRATION):
Workforce learning centre was chosen as one of the training companies to participate in the amnesty program developed by the Federal Government of Nigeria in its bid to address to the Niger Delta crisis. Workforce developed and implemented a unique reorientation and transformation program with entrepreneurial training for Ex-militants with a view to smoothing their reintegration into society as productive contributors to nation building and wealth creation.

• TRAINING OF LAGOS STATE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT OFFICIALS (2010):
Workforce learning centre in 2010 organised training for youth development officials of Lagos state. The three day training program which was highly interactive and practical exposed participants to new industry best practices, theories, tools and techniques for youth development management

• ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND WEALTH CREATION PROGRAM(2009):

This unique program provided capacity building in the areas of wealth creation and entrepreneurship for 200 youths in Lagos. They were trained in various small business startup and management techniques to help them achieve financial independence.

• LAGOS YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM(LAYEP) 2008:

Since 2008, as part of our corporate social responsibility, we hold three youth empowerment programs every year designed to help young people plan and position themselves in their chosen careers and understand their potential and capacity to create wealth and attain financial independence.
